Spring 2014 - Within

I was a part of a 2-man team in the Global Game Jam 2014 in which we had a pretty fun theme for a game focus. The theme was: We don't see things as they are, we see things as we are. We had a pretty good time creating as much as we could and as you can see, it turned out pretty well!

The game was created with Unity in less than 48 hours. You start off as an adult, seeing the world as dreary and drab as life becomes dull around us. To find your way out of the room, you have to find the Rorschach. Once clicked, you are then seeing the world as a child, bright colors everywhere and seeing things differently. As you look for the Rorschach, a more interesting world is seen around you. Once clicked, you revert back to adulthood, looking for the next Rorschach.

We were unable to complete a bigger area so the player is limited to the living room. This link has the Game Jam information as well as an executable. Have fun!
