Kerooogger

For this assignment, we are to create a Frogger like game. I decided to go the route of playing as a frog and you need to jump logs to get to the party. Below is the documentation as well as the demo.

One sentence: Kerooogger is a 3D puzzle jumper platformer where the player needs to get to the end goal.

Backstory: You play as a frog in which you need to get to your buddies which are at the end of the level. All dressed up and smelling fresh, you set out to get to the party only to find out that you need to cross the pond. Beware of falling into the water for if you do, it's game over.

Aesthetics: 3D graphics, sounds to help set the setting, and a pond like atmosphere.

Overall game play: The player starts on an island and needs to jump on the logs to get to the end goal. The logs can lead to other islands but not all logs help get to the destination. If the player hits the water, the player starts at the beginning again.

Art/assets needed: A properly created frog model for the player.

Estimation of cost: In total, the game is estimated to cost around $500,000 to complete. This takes into account the pay for everyone involved, the time taken to complete, and marketing. These estimates are based off of the cost of development for games between 2008 and 2014.
