REDACTED Session Recap #2

Group 1:

After they killed the Rotbringer that was lurking in the elementary school's playground, the group dared to enter the school.  They were met with the classroom ward, looking for clues as to where they might find this item they were set out to retrieve.  Nothing much was found, but they did come across a Digosfrag lurking the hallways.  The Mediator of the group managed to portray the entire group as non-suitable hosts and bypassed the creature freely.  After taking a detour around the classroom ward, the group came in contact with a Grismite.  The Mediator was unfortunate enough to be the initial contact with this creature, in which he became bound to it.  Not all is lost, however.  The Grismite could be bound to something else more negative, but the group will have to find out.

Group 2:

This group entered the executive tower after they defeated the Warmth-Seeker that was in the lobby.  Ascending to the next floor, they found themselves in what seemed to be a cafeteria.  Nothing seemed to really stand out as to why the signal started again after all these years of dormancy.  The group encountered a live Digosfrag, as well as a "broken" one.  There was also a Shelf-Stalker Codex, in which the Binder of the group took via a contract bind.  The group must make another ascension to continue looking for this signal.

There isn't a lot of action going on in these expeditions right now, mostly because I am fine tuning combat mechanics, abilities, and still fixing the reactive world module I built long ago.  These are thankfully short expeditions, so probably one or two more sessions each and they'll be back at the local hub for the next task.  I do want to get into the habit of recording and sharing the session recaps for public posting, so this is kind of that "habit establishing" step.

I also want to mention that these expeditions/sessions are giving me vital feedback for game development.  These are getting posted in the Dev Logs that happen at least once a month.  I'm currently wrapping up Dev Log 7, which will cover the problems I'm working on fixing.  Next sessions are not scheduled until November 7th and November 22nd.  These dates are subject to change due to my real life schedule for the races here in Mexico.
